This beautiful, small, furnished apartment is located on the ground floor in the heart of Laurensberg with a direct connection to the Melaten campus and downtown Aachen. The apartment with approx. 50m² is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary things for daily needs so that you can feel right at home. Perfect for assemblies or for a new start in Aachen. The maximum length of the rental period can be discussed. A cozy terrace gives access to a small enclosed park where you can really relax. I have been living in Aachen, my adopted home, for more than 20 years and I would now like to give other people the opportunity to get to know Aachen and to use this small apartment as a starting point. The quiet residential complex is located in the heart of beautiful Laurensberg and offers excellent connections to public transport and easy access to the Aachener Kreuz. A kiosk, a pharmacy and a supermarket are within walking distance. The apartment is on the ground floor, accessible via a small staircase to the inner arcade. The apartment has a small terrace, through which you can get into a small private park, where you can relax wonderfully.
