This stylish detached house is available to rent for a total of 5 months (November 2024 to March 2025) and should be rented for at least 2 months at a time. If necessary, 1-2 months could also be varied. The detached house is situated in a favoured location, close to the university, in a quiet, secure driveway with only four detached houses. With its proximity to the university and city centre, the location is ideal. The interior is tasteful and the house is fully equipped. The garden and the covered terrace have a south-west orientation. The ground floor has a spacious living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area, suitable for 6-8 people. A small room with a pull-out sofa bed offers flexibility as a guest room or office. The guest WC on the ground floor is equipped with a shower. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a comfortable double bed (160x200). Two modern bathrooms complete the upper floor: one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub. Enjoy your morning coffee on the small south-east-facing terrace, which is equipped with an electric awning. The larger south-west terrace offers a glass roof with sun protection, seating for at least 6 people and a fabric pavilion with two sofas.
